Richard Tate bragged about abusing technology to mislead sick victim who were desperate to seek the best care – just to make more profit than rival rehabs in a metaphoric dick measure game, using the sick as tally marks, manipulating ratings and google search results to land on his spiked skewed reviews – when the desperate sick victim placed Promises in their search, and he took personal credit proud in explaining to employees how he deceived, the sick and desperate victims of disease, to fill up his Cliffside beds by “taking” away from Betty Ford and Promises. Did i mention the sick and desperate were abused for pride and profit and as objects for dirty sporting fun. AND his victims politely asked him to stop his abuse YET he refused hell bent to enjoy his crimes as long as possible. POI: The definition of evil is ~ taking pleasure in causing others suffering.
Ok, So The guilty verdict was known irrefutable before the trail started.
What is NOT known, is why there was no actual penalty for the crime. but only the so called repayment of “damages” which was a laughable 50,000 [a sum that mocks the victims] – because that’s ridiculously cheap for all the good false advertising he was allowed. I’m sure 50,000 in lies conjured by a black arts web master was worth ever cent to miss lead the desperately sick to vastly increase profits and rank pride.
I saw zero requirement to give any kind of full disclosure to AMEND the disinfo fraud against the public and readers of TheFix which never addressed apologized or made any kind of direct attempt to AMEND the lies still saturating the public sphere. Nor for the fraud crime damages to TheFix readers. except to silently change the landing page. but at least Cliffside’s tradition of psychopathy is consistence with the fraudulent claim that Cliffside’s whole purpose for existing is – to Give Back what was freely given. !?SMFH?!
Guilty – But – The court’s damages findings – were only 50,000 – that’s the best cheapest advertising fraud you can buy – or bribe.
I highly suspect Richard Tate’s history of “living with prostitutes” earned him the familiar blackmail influence that Jeffery Epstein wielded to silently control his legal repercussions. and may have influenced the pentalty phase of the trial which was as flexible as i would imagine a crack hooker to be. it would have been just too crazy to call hm innocent so the only wiggle room was the relatively microscopic 50,000 refund for millions in lost clients which Tate can continue to brag about .
The AA-based-Rehab industry operates with the same business model as The ForProfit-PrisonSystem. Both rely on deliberate machinations to create and then blame victims and then “extort” vast money from the American People to supposedly fix an epidemic problem that Leaders caused and used to steer taxes and insurance premiums] into the Elite Corporate Owners pockets – ultimately the private banks.
If the US Government really wanted to stop the the poppy based opiod heroin fentynal death epidemic, it could, within a year, which is how long it took the Taliban to stop all poppy production in Afghanistan which is 85% of the world supply for all poppy based epidemics .
But The CIA made a deal with the devil initially throwing cash at their invasion ally “The Northern Alliance War Lords” who are now paid off with Poppy profits – which finances the War Lords mob style rule over the Taliban’s influence in the Afghan country side – controlling afghan population of farmers by crowding out legal crops with more profitable poppy crop – which the War Lord mobsters control – it’s an offer the afghan can not refuse – – which in reality is the only actual effect control the US military gas by proxy over the far flung wild west Afghan population.
