The AA Big Book Chapter 5 is filled with lies and more lies

September 20, 2021 Posted by MONICA RICHARDSON Uncategorized 4 Comments

The AA Big Book is AA’s bible so to speak. Its not a bible that’s for sure but many treat it as such. Written from 1935 and published in 1939 with the Help of Rockefeller loaning /giving Bill some  $5,000 to print the book – we find that in 2021 we have famous celebs , government officials such as Newt Gingrich once Speaker of the House , Judges, A list actors all  claiming AA saved their lives.

But what about those who were harmed by AA members and its ideology. What about all those suicides. What about all the rapes not reported, and sexual harassment just accepted as if it were still 1955 and Madmen were its stage.

so our question is … has AA really harmed people and how many has AA helped.  AA claims to have a membership of 1.2 million in 2019 right before the pandemic.  That number includes Canada. How many are now in AA after the pandemic we are asking.

Monica and Evelyn, both long time ex steppers,  decided to make a youtube video talking about the  lies  printed in the BB and  what a big problem this is.

Join Monica on Youtube or on FACEBOOK and twitter to interact and connect with thousands who have left AA and are organizing to expose it and stop all forced  attendance by professionals and  average every day people.

Thanks I still feel so much relief when other people confirm and criticize AA abuse and lies. I internalized so much brainwashing and it really weakened me living in my memories constantly tearing me down inside, Sorry about my last post when i was saying everybody knows about AA lies and it’s actually just all about the 50 billions /yr AA rehab money which feeds 1 million brainwashed vitims into AA meetings every year else AA would vanish like a fart if not fed all those people every year. .. and law suits should be enough to bring AA down but is jist because AA rehab money is so powerful. I have lived in my own anti AA world knowing AA lies for over 20 years. really since i first went to rehab. i only went to AA for social support. i compromised justifying my involvment in AA by the 3rd tradition. But yes the AA problem is far more than just AA rehab money . AA brainwashing really needs to be confronted – it takes alot of time and talking to heal. Sorry my ideas can go down narrow blind alleys sometimes. I should talk more conprehensive. Thanks! carry on!

Actually what helped me deprogram and leave AA around 1996 was reading stuff by John Bradshaw and Alice Miller. But Bradshaw never directly criticized AA. Alice Miller was the first person who i knew that did a full throat criticism of AA. She wrote an essay “concerning forgiveness” that claim religious dogma is the root of much social abuse. Of course AA incorporated early Christian dogma via Oxford priciples. It’s amazing how some Authors obviously know by their ideas that AA is abusive yet they refuse to publically confront AA. They appease AA for many reasons, To sell books and I think many people have been brainwashed to believe AA does no deliberate harm so they let AA off the hook so not to appear as if they have an irrational bias because the public is still not prepared to understand that AA is extremely abusive. I still hold back when I know I am in a crowd still brainwashed by AA’s influence over socirty. I remeber when AA was constantly pushing the idea that Anger is a defect and Bradshaw was the first I remember who spoke against that idea although he never confronted AA. Regardless, that was the start of myself feeling supported to speak out. I never agreed with a lot of what AA said, but it was hard to criticize AA abuse publicly in meetings. There was always a bunch of old timers who’d discredit anyone who criticized AA. That is still true to today even in NA where the book is different and doesnt say the saame as AA. A lot of AA and NA memebers went to “church” in my town and equated criticism of AA or NA etc with being against God. which is the cruelest thing, AA tells people they are not in good relationship with God on top of them suffering just when they’d need God the most. and even as a scientific person it made me feel bad to hear that drap. Imagine telling a cancer patient they are not working the Program getting right with God when their cancer returns? AA obvioulsy doesn;t know how abusive it is sometimes. People really have to be cold hearted to not notice anything wrong with the crappy things AA says. Bill Wilson was only a year sober when he said all that crap. Most those AA people would never give any worth to a person who is one year sober in AA today – why do the follow wilson like zombies?

Back in the mid 1990s Before orange papers and the anti AA movemnment came along – Alice miller’s books saved my life, it help me embrace all my feelings. which really helped me understand respect and confort myself, My catholic upbringing also beat me up as much as AA.
